I almost bought some of these when I realized I could make my own. I bought my Lego mold from Lego.com. First you unwrap your crayons. I found that the name brand crayons work much better. The random ones didn't melt as well. Break up one crayon per Lego guy and put it in the mold.
Place the mold on another tray, it will need the support. Bake at 250 for about 8 minutes or until melted.
Take them out of the oven and let them cool. You can put them in the fridge if you need them to cool faster. When they are hard, carefully pop them out of the mold. I found it best do to the head first. Less of a chance of it breaking off. Just go slow.
Then you have these cute Lego crayons. My sons loved giving them to their friends for their birthday party favors.
