I made this Red Hat Cake Pops for an eightieth birthday party. They were a bit tricky to make. First I molded the cake into hat shapes. After refrigerating them for a bit, I dipped the sticks in candy melts and secured the hats.
Once hardened I dipped the hats in red candy melts and then added the purple ribbon/bow when the candy had dried. I used a decoraing bad and a small writing tip for the ribbons and bows.
I also sprinkled some red edible glitter on top to add a little sparkle.
